Okay bbs picture this: It’s a chilly October afternoon. You hop into a luxurious hot shower and dry off with some fluffy, warm towels. You crawl into your crisp, clean sheets and light a gorgina scented candle on your side table. THAT is how I'm spending my extra hour of sleep.
There's no better time than daylight savings to get some extra time in my cozy Allswell bed. I am spending the extra hour of sleep by going to bed at my usual time (pre daylight savings), this will allow me to take full advantage of the extra hour of sleep. We can all use the extra time to recharge and refresh by getting a better night's rest.
With the extra hour, I'm getting some more R&R by soaking in the tub, lighting my favorite fir & eucalyptus candles, sipping a glass of wine while listening to some Nelly Furtado. Then I'll be cuddling up with my Kantha blanket.
