Your mattress will be replaced or you will receive a pro-rated refund, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam which can occur during normal break in, or in the case of Visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recover aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur, does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress. It is incumbent on the consumer to maintain a proper foundation to provide the appropriate support for the mattress to maintain this warranty. Use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. The warranty will be voided if an improper base is used that causes the mattress to fail. This warranty does not include any deterioration of the foam, with an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform or mattress. If a defect appears during the duration of this warranty, we will, at our option, either replace the mattress or provide a pro-rated refund. Only the piece or part determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced. This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect; including burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a memory foam mattress, it will void this warranty. It is incumbent on the consumer to protect the mattress with a stain resistant pad. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. The Law Tag must not be removed from this product as this identifies the product regarding warranty and original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. Removal of the Law Tag voids this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Please retain your original invoice. In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of the Allswell Promise, you must submit a detailed claim including photos of the issue at hand and provide proof of the original date of purchase. Allswell offers free ground shipping over $35 to the 48 contiguous United States & DC, with the exception of California. Expedited 2-day delivery options available. To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax, needs to be at least $35 per order. Orders under $35 in the contiguous U.S. states & DC have a $5.99 fee for shipping. A $50 shipping fee applies to orders for Alaska and Hawaii regardless of the order total. We do not yet ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. White glove service and 2-day Expedited Shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states & DC. At checkout, you will have the option to upgrade to 2-day expedited shipping or white glove service for a fee. For orders placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the same day. If you place an order after 12pm EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the following business day. 10-year warranty excludes crib mattresses. Allswell warrants your mattress against defects in workmanship and materials. Your mattress will be replaced or you will receive a pro-rated refund, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam which can occur during normal break in, or in the case of Visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recover aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur, does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress. It is incumbent on the consumer to maintain a proper foundation to provide the appropriate support for the mattress to maintain this warranty. Use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. The warranty will be voided if an improper base is used that causes the mattress to fail. This warranty does not include any deterioration of the foam, with an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform or mattress. If a defect appears during the duration of this warranty, we will, at our option, either replace the mattress or provide a pro-rated refund. Only the piece or part determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced. This warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident and/or neglect; including burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a memory foam mattress, it will void this warranty. It is incumbent on the consumer to protect the mattress with a stain resistant pad. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. The Law Tag must not be removed from this product as this identifies the product regarding warranty and original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. Removal of the Law Tag voids this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Please retain your original invoice. In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of the Allswell Promise, you must submit a detailed claim including photos of the issue at hand and provide proof of the original date of purchase. Once reviewed, we may request that you return your mattress to Allswell. Should shipping costs be required to return your mattress, you will not be responsible for those charges. Once our team evaluates the mattress, we will repair or replace your mattress or provide you a credit at our discretion. Any transportation or shipping costs associated with returning the repaired/replaced mattress is purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided on a replacement product.

All of our mattresses and toppers are made with CertiPUR-US® certified foams which are made without bad stuff like mercury, lead, formaldehyde, and phthalates, ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants and have low volatile organic compound emissions for indoor air quality.
We work with a curated group of mills, artisans, and suppliers from all over the world to bring you great products. If you have questions regarding the provenance of a particular product, please reach out directly to our Allstars.
Our Allswell mattresses don't require any specific type of platform. It's really a matter of personal preference, how high you like your bed to sit, and the type of bedframe you have. All Allswell mattresses may be used with slats (we recommend them to be no more than 2” to 3” apart) or a box spring.
We know you’re excited for an Allswell home--we are too! It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order and our warehouse does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your order as it makes its way to your home. Depending on where you live, ground shipping takes anywhere between 3-7 business days to arrive to your door.
Expedited & Express 2-day Shipping Options: At checkout, orders containing a mattress may ship via expedited service for an additional $75. All other orders which do not contain a mattress may ship via express service for an additional $22. All orders placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday will process the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday – Friday will process the following business day. Please note that no orders are processed over the weekend. Two-day expedited and express shipping will be delivered by our partner carriers two business days following the date of pick up. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Mattresses: Our mattress (excluding crib mattresses) comes with a 100-night risk-free trial which means you can return it for a refund within 100 nights of delivery. (we recommend sleeping on it for 3 weeks to allow your body to fully adjust). Please note that only the mattress purchase price is refundable. Mattress recycling fees are nonrefundable. To qualify for a refund, your return must be initiated within 100 days of mattress delivery. In addition, refunds are not available for mattresses which would not qualify for coverage under our 10-year limited warranty. All items excluding mattresses as referenced above: We accept returns of all items, excluding mattresses, initiated within 30 nights of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
