10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty. Warranty only applies to mattresses, excluding crib mattresses. See allswellhome.com/pages/warranty for details.

100-Night Risk-Free Trial. Allswell's risk-free trial policy is limited to one return per household per year. This does not include boxed mattresses which are unopened. Applies to mattress purchase price only. Mattress removal and recycling fees are nonrefundable. Return must be initiated within 100 days of mattress delivery. Not available for mattresses which would not qualify for coverage under our 10-year limited warranty available at allswellhome.com/pages/warranty.

Free Ground Shipping. Allswell offers free ground shipping on orders over $35 to the 48 contiguous United States. To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total before savings and estimated tax, will need to equal or exceed $35 to qualify for free shipping, all other totals will be subjected to a $5.99 shipping fee. A $50 shipping fee applies to orders for Alaska and Hawaii regardless of the order total. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DOP addresses. At checkout, you will have the option to upgrade to 2-day expedited shipping or white glove service for a fee. This does not upgrade the time that it takes to process your order but will simply update the time in the shipping process. All orders placed be 12pm EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the same day. If you place an order after 12pm EST Monday – Friday, your order will ship the following business day. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2-day Shipping. If all of your items are available, orders placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday will ship the same day. If you place an order after 12pm EST on Monday – Friday, your order will ship the following business day. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
