Allswell Mattress 10-year Limited Warranty

Who is Covered:

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. The “original purchases,” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the mattress from Allswell Home or a Allswell home authorized retailer. You must retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner or have already registered your mattress warranty with Allswell home. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, this warranty terminates, and the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”

What is warranted:

Allswell warrants your mattress, excluding crib mattresses, against defects in workmanship and materials. If a defect appears during the duration of this warranty, we will, at our option, replace the mattress. Your mattress will be replaced, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein.

The following defects are covered:

Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one- and one-half inches (1.5”) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and any user(s).

Any physical flaw in the mattress such as the mattress top material bunching, foam material to evidence degradation, split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

What is not covered:

Any damage due to environmental causes such as but not limited to being physically stained, abused, damaged, burned, moisture saturated, cut, torn, rodents, insect damage or other infestations, damage from liquids or gels or fluids or damage from weather or sun exposure.

Any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or used in violation of instructions.

It is incumbent on the consumer to maintain a proper foundation to provide the appropriate support. Allswell mattresses have been designed to be used on foundations with solid support with minimal to no flex. This includes slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 4’’ apart, wood or metal box foundations, and solid wood or metal platforms, as well as adjustable bases.

Use of improper foundations, platforms, or other bases upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. Improper foundations, such as old box springs without solid support, or slatted wood or metal foundations with slats more than 4’’ apart, will void your mattress warranty, and all other warranties expressed or implied.

The warranty will be voided if an improper base is used that causes the mattress to fail. This warranty does not include any deterioration of the foam, with an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform or mattress.

It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the foam which can occur during normal break in, or in the case of Visco-elastic memory foam, a lessening of the gradual recover aspect of the foam, of which such lessening, should it occur, does not reduce the continual pressure reducing and pressure relief properties of the mattress.

Defects caused by physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains, or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary.

Removal of the Law Tag voids this warranty as the tag is considered a proof of purchase. The law tag is attached to the mattress and will state “Do not remove this tag under penalty of law.”
